Heister insurance is completely different than any insurance company I’ve ever had. The whole point of insurance is to protect yourself from the unknowns of life. Mike personally came to the house and met with me to review my company policy. He had everything in an easy to read outline that made a complex policy very simple to understand. All of the possible senarios were already well thought out by their team and they had the best solution already on the outline. After the meeting I have a complete understanding of my policy. I will never be blindsided with “that’s not covered.” It’s not very comforting having insurance if the person putting the policy together copy and pasted your coverage from their last client. Heister went above and beyond. Thanks for putting forth all the effort. No doubt that the Heister insurance team is the best!

There are not enough words in the dictionary to describe the exemplary customer service that this firm gives. I have been a client of Heister Insurance for over 25 years and this review is well overdue. From the moment the phone is answered to the quote to the instantaneous follow up is absolutely one of a kind. I have never been a fan of insurance companies as I had stereo typed them all into one category, however I am here to admit that Mike Heister, Nancy Lewis and Colleen Miles changed my mindset and made my family and I feel like an extension of their family. Always willing to help and answer any dumb questions I ever had (and I had some dumb questions) but also always gave me the most honest advice and always had my best interest in mind whenever making decisions and this is why I decided to write this review bc it doesn’t go unnoticed. They are all amazing and you will not be disappointed!!!! Thank you Mike, Nancy and Colleen for always going above and beyond!!!!
